I have returned to Premier for our (My Wife and I) 5th new ford. This is the 2nd as a privilege customer. I would like to praise my sales consultant Nigel Ghent for his customer service skills. This is the second vehicle purchased from Nigel, the only reason that I did not use another Ford dealership was simply Nigel. He made me feel like I was purchasing the blue Mustang in the entrance and not the black Fiesta that i will be taking home,.

"I've owned the vehicle for 10 months now, and have found the customer service from Premier Ford to be fantastic. Prior to purchase of my Transit Connect, I had never bought from a dealer - instead, I usually buy privately. From dealing with Premier Ford, I can understand why people are happy to pay slightly above what you'd pay privately, and receive the assurance of a good quality vehicle, warranty, customer service, dealer expertise, add on deals, etc. The customer service I've received (and hope to continue receiving) from Leigh and Paul has been outstanding. During enquiry before, and during purchase of the vehicle, Leigh was very helpful, patient and a pleasure to deal with. Naturally, I expected this whilst purchasing the vehicle - but I feel that the same high level of customer service has followed on. I find Paul a pleasure to deal with when it comes to maintenance of the vehicle - recently the vehicle demonstrated an issue (present from build, however I’m the first user to have unearthed the issue). Despite the issue being of relatively low importance (aux stereo input), Paul completely understood my desire to rectify the issue, and shared the same enthusiasm. Due to various issues (difficulty in finding the root cause of the fault, availability of parts etc), the van needed to be returned to Premier Ford on several occasions. I would normally be disgruntled by this - but with the service provided and the clarity that Premier were doing their utmost to resolve the issue, I really didn't mind returning. The vehicle is now due its first service (since being in my possession); due to working away from home during the week, I had anticipated arranging for a service on a Saturday to be difficult. Despite difficulty in workshop availability, I feel Paul genuinely understands the needs of my commitments and actively went out of his way to make Saturday arrangements, at a date and time that suited me. I’d like the brilliant customer service provided by Leigh and Paul to be recognised by Ford because for this alone, I would certainly return to Premier Ford for my next vehicle."

"A first class experience from start to finish,Guided all the way by a very knowledgeable salesman (Nigel Ghent). From the first meeting right the way through to taking delivery of my new fiesta, and beyond, he gave me all the information I needed to decide which model to go for, kept me informed every step of the way. He spent time to show me and explain how everything worked when I collected my new car and, then backed it all up with a call to make sure I was happy with the car, always had a cheerful word and a smile, a credit to the company. Just a shame not all car dealers are as caring over the little things as Premier Ford. If there was one thing that stood out, it was the whole experience, few companies these days take time and listen to the needs/wants of potential customers and advise accordingly. I shopped around before deciding on a Ford, and not one company came close to the service, help and care I received from Mr Ghent."

"Living in a society where complaints are becoming culture and working in public services ourselves, we feel it is only right that compliments should be made when due. Having had an extensive history in sales myself, it was refreshing to meet and a pleasure to deal with your Sales Consultant Leigh Harris. We understand that Leigh has only been with you for a relatively short period of time, however he is extremely knowledgeable about your products, answering many of our questions without hesitation, but equally quick to seek confirmation on answers he was unsure of rather than bluff his way through. He was attentive without being overpowering, keen without appearing pushy and had the patience of a saint when it came down to us needing time to think about such an expensive purchase. Once our decision had been made, Leigh took the time to explain everything in detail setting out the options/extras available without any expectation on us to commit unless we wanted to. Having never dealt with Premier Ford before, I would like to say that both my husband and I have been extremely impressed with how we have been treated. From our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend Premier Ford to our family/friends. Please thank Leigh once again for all his help - Look after him, he is an asset to your company!"
